# SW1073 — Understanding Power, Privilege & Oppression Anti-Oppressive Practice (AOP) and Structural Social Work (STSW) are the philosophical basis for Northern College's Social Service Worker Program. Students will understand their own social location, the concepts of Privilege and Oppression and the impact on marginalized people.
