They will ensure that adequate training is provided including mental health awareness, and that safe work procedures and applicable regulations are followed by all employees. Northern College employees are responsible for understanding and following safe work practices and applicable regulations for their work environment. All employees are required to report unsafe conditions and behaviours immediately to their supervisor. A shared commitment to health and safety is an integral part of this organization.
